His skills speak for themselves, some highlights would be Galente, Minmatar and Caldari Cruiser 5, Great gunnery and missile skills, Caldari BS5. The only skills required to fly and siege a Phoenix would be Caldari Dreadnought, Capital ships and the Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration. He still requires the capital shield tanking skills
