Hi.
I waited for downtime to end today. and got to the login screen...
It said "Starting Up [3 seconds]" and i waited for that to end.
Typed in my password, and got this:
"Starting up...(0 sec.)"
Now it's just cycling through the starting up sequence, going to 0, then back to 5... etc..
Can someone explain why this is happening, and also what I can do about it.

Its not you its ccp.
This happened before and they took a while to fix it. I hope its quick this time as i got a skill finishing soon

It's the same for everyone.
We'll simply have to wait until CCP sorts it out...

There is nothing you can do until they restart the system.
In the meantime, fire up google and look for references to "fixing problems that have been here since day dot".

I have a skill ending in a bit...
Hmm.. Problem after problem with this game i've noticed...
