For any daily lvl 4 agent runners with this corporation. Im offering isk per mission until I reach a certain standing. I haven't realy decided on how much im going to give but for those who have no desire in getting standing anymore. I offer isk for standing with this corporation.
I beleive the way it works is you invite me to gang and when the mission is completed, you click the gang complete option and it splits the standing + isk + Lp. I will also compensate for the 50% lost isk + LP.

Sounds like a solid scam. 
.. almost like inviting people to a gang to "help" with missions and then ganking the poor soul...

It might be, probly is in fact, but theres a chance he just wants standing for a jc or something.

It is easy to avoid any problem for such a trade, you only have to be in gang when you complete the mission. So all you have to do is do the mission solo, dock, invite the other while you're docked, close the mission, leave gang and do the next mission.

Well if you create the gang, can't you decide who joins or not? If Tank CEO is not at war or anything like that then there is no risk as he cannot shoot you.

Just join gang with a tanked BC tech 2. Let him run the missions.
Its a win win situation really, he gets what he wants and you get free lp cash and rep.
If it is a scam and he decides to kills you, well there isnt much lost. Just a BC and you get to se a nice explotion

Ok one, I can't go into high sec. Two, I don't have any war decs. Three, im all the way in Verge vendor.
I just want standing. But you guys gota accept and complete the missions since I won't be around the agent mission area.

Well, if you're more than 5-6 jumps from the agent the pilot doing the mission won't have the option to turn it in for his fleet.

There are a few level 4 agents for Ishukone corp in low sec:
* Haine (admin)
* 98Q-80 (internal sec)
* Otsela (internal sec)
* S-U8A4 (internal sec, manufacturing, personell)
* Kourmonen (manufacturing)
* Kheram (R&D)
* Allebin (R&D)
And there are 7 level 3 non R&D agents in low sec. Often low sec can be a better choice for standings - you can run them faster, run them solo, and still be fitted for pvp.
For ref, the low sec storyline agents with the corp are in Frerstorn, Kourmonen and Atulle.

Offer is still up for anyone who does missions with the Q17 agent in Hentogaira "Shuhola Autarolla"
Ill offer you the mission reward isk + compensation for LP + ISK.
So if you make 3m per mission, ill give you 3m per mission ontop.
All I do is just sit in the base afk.
