id try and stick some med nos on ur setup, basically so u can keep ur rep going for as long as possible.
if u dont use any guns at all u could just let ur drones do all the dmg and u wouldnt have to worry about ammo.
a web wouldnt hurt either.

1 - Use blasters instead of rails. Yeah you gotta get closer but damage output is nicer. Keep a couple NOS on there as well to supplement your cap.
2 - Dont use AB's. Fit a 10MN MWD. You may run low on cap if the rats are far away upon warp in but you'll regain it quickly once the NOS starts and if you have decent cap skills
3 - With blasters definitely fit a webber in the mids. Do what you will with the last mid slot but I would suggest a PvP module just in case (i.e. a warp scram or something)
4 - Microcell Nanite's are fine. I personally have a 1600mm plate with a small repper II. The plate gives me a great buffer and the repper supplements nicely. Dont think a MARII fits with a 1600mm plate. Small repper is much easier on cap as well.
5 - Fit 5 med drones and 5 light drones. Yes its not MAXIMUM dps than with a mixture of Heavy/Med/Light but you'll have two full waves at least.
