As the title says, i am looking to purchase two seperate chars. I have provided a breakdown of pricings and requirements below:
Ammar PvP Char. 20-40m Sp (Will Give Up to 7B)
 Battleship 5
Cruiser 5
Battle cruiser 5
All Core Gunnery Skills 5
Small, Med, Large Energy Turret 5
Full T2 Fits
Commandship/Close to Command Ship Capable
Nearly Max Learning skills + High perception and Willpower Attributes
T2 HAM's Would be nice but not essential
Gallente Carrier/Dread Char (Will give up to 5b)
Must be able to Fully T2 Fit a carrier or dreadnaught (Or be very close to it)
If its a dread char it must have most/all core gunnery skills at level 5
Advanced Weapon Upgrades level 5
If its a carrier char it must have fighters 4 and minimum of 2.5m Sp in drones
Must have learning skills nearly maxed

Gallentee Carrier pilot for sale... but im asking for 6 billion or more for this character has 21 million sp and over 2.5 million sp in drones. also fully T2 fit any armor tanking ship aswell as T2 ogre's and Bezerkers.
Dun think you will find a fully capable carrier pilto for 5 billion but mine is here if u want it for 6 bil

I have pretty much exactly what you want in the Amarr department. No t2 hams but makes up for it with his leadership skills.
