He can use all of the t1 mining crystals if I'm not mistaken. He is a great miner and has the ability to make millions especially if you put him in .0. Also if you have to mine ice for control towers, having exhumer/ice harvesting 5 means that you will get max time reduction and ammount when mining. The skill sheet only show's 2 +3 implants but I'll throw in a full set of +4's and he is parked in empire. He has no bounty, a positive wallet, and does not have a negative security status.
