Now I tried every thing listed re-install client and turn off AA, tried endless differant nvidia drivers. But you know what finally did it. I under clocked my card to play EVE and just EVE BTW.
The settings I'm using on a ZOTAC AMP 8800GT are: 650/1578/950.
Used riva tuner.
Crossed finger no glitches in three days normally I could'nt play for 20 mins without a crash.

It should also be noted that if you update ur drivers AFTER installing RivaTuner, you can get wierd clocking speeds, just FYI

yes underclocking does fix the issue, ive tried it for various games with all my video cards...a 1-5% underclock is usually all it takes to fix "tearing" or "artifacting" (the triangles appearing all over the screen in a game) other things it can fix is missing/corrupt textures and the "speckles" (single pixel snow all over the screen in 1-1m different colors *grin* that was an nvidia 5950 ultra that had that one)
the problem is usually that the card is actually running hotter than it really should even if it is not technically overheating... for those of you who tab out to check card temp...its useless...temp can drop 5-10c just by switching out of 3d mode by going to the desktop...if you want to check temp while playing a game get a monitoring program and have it log the temps every second or so

Weel the reason I posted was I found out a batch of 8800GT's had some dodgy memory installed as my card is the AMP version I.E factory over clocked, and EVE was giving me some graphic freezes and glitches. I thought I drop it down a tad and it worked great. I am now in contact with the card manufacturer for a replacement I'll keep you posted.
As to drivers and Riva tuner every change I know and fully remove them both each and every change.
