This character is great for someone who doesn't want to rely on alts for moneymaking and PvP. That said, she also makes a fine industrial or PvP alt in her own right. She is Hulk Capable, has Refining Efficiency V and Production Efficiency V, is trained for astrometrics and covert ops (along with archaeology and hacking), and is also a very capable Caldari PvE and PvP pilot. At the time of auction, she is 9 hours from Battlecruiser V. After that, Leadership V is all that keeps her out of a fully T2 fit Nighthawk. She is a great character, and I am largely selling her due to desire for a change of pace.

30 (soon to be 31) skills at Level V and 27 skills at Level IV.
The character can fly Caldari HACs, Exhumers, and Caldari Covert Ops. By the end of the Auction, she will be Rook and Falcon ready (just lacking the skill book). With a week or so of training, she can fly Nighthawks. She has T2 heavy missiles and T2 shield tank skills.
In addition, she has sufficient standings to run Level 4 missions for Caldari Navy, Corporate Police Force, and True Power. She currently has approximately 32000 Loyalty Points to True Power, as well as a jump clone in Stain for easy mission access. Her empire clone has a set of +4 implants installed, minus Charisma.
Character has a positive security status, no bounty, and no kill rights. Character is currently in an NPC corp, and has a positive wallet balance.
Starting Bid: 2 Billion ISK
Minimum Bid Increase: 100 Million ISK
Buyout: 4.2 Billion ISK (Contact me with character offers)
Reserve: 3 Billion ISK
Sniper Rule: 30 minutes
Auction Ends: Sunday 30 March at 11:00 EVE Time (Downtime).
I will pay the character transfer fee, and the ISK for this character, if sold, will be transferred to Brigit Akuma.
