I am bored, so i ll make myself look stupid on the forums.
Minmatat/Caldari/Gallente/Amarr
Which race has the dread that is superior than others on Caps vs. Caps situations?
Which race has the carrier that could both tank and support your minions/comrades better than others?
Please list them in decending order of effectiveness based on your view please.
Stealth Edit: At least you have flown them in combact situations.

this thread gives a newbie where to aim for the battleship 5.
personally,
i would choose pheonix for dread vs dread, and revelation for POS bashing.
but i am not sure about carriers as i can't fly them, anyone got any ideas?

Shieldtanking - worse at a capital level - on average.
Remote armor repping is where the love is at at the moment so caldari is not really favored.
Amarr is more tank and less gank, the revelation has the best tank and can also run 2 reps in siege with some effort. It's best for POS bashing.
The Archon is also more tank than gallente, but much less DPS, where the thanatos shines.
So in a fleet with remote armor rep BS, I'd go for Moros and Thanatos for CapitalvsCapital situations, and Amarr vs POS.
Minmatar capitals, well I dunno, the dread has split gun systems which sucks, and does the least DPS (on average mind you EFTers) while it chews ammo like crazy. In addition to that, I prefer to speak of stuff I know, which is why I'll skip the minmatar stuff.
Edit - noone will win a dread vs dread, but the moros has the drone bonus which rules inredibly much vs POS bashing in terms of DPS - but crystals is ftw, activate and go afk for 10 minutes

I would go amarr for both personally. High resists make them difficult to kill when the thannys/nidhoggurs/archons start remote repping you. Carriers are mostly used (imho) as support and the difference in DPS of fighters really isnt that relevant in most situations I've been in.
Don't get a phoenix for capital vs capital. Carriers will smartbomb your cit. torps and you'll do no damage.
