After mining / astro agent nerf we donĘt have in Outer Ring region any level 1 agent.
We have 2 corporations in region. Chemal Tech / Gallente faction and ORE / ORE faction.
With Chemal tech we can use Gallente faction standing or we can make mission in empire for lvl1 agents. Worst it is with ORE. Just now isnĘt possible for our new players start missions for this corporation.
Will be possible add just 1 level 1 agent to our region?

Are there any Lvl 2 or 3 agents in the region that u could use?
Reason i ask is that with the 2.0 standing bonus u get from doing the 11 tutorial missions + connections skill @ lvl3, you should have access to at least a very low quality lvl 3 agent.
Also, not sure why new players would be doing missions in Outer Ring, anyway.

With Chemal tech will not be problem. They have level 1 agent in empire and we can use faction standing.
But Outer Ring Excavation is corporation / faction itself. They donĘt have starting agent, they donĘt have stations in empire. This corporation without level 1 agent is dead for any new players.
We are doing in OR missions because it is our home system. So every our new player have order run missions for them

Only work around then could be to work for a Gallente corp that has a high standing with ORE. Every important mission, you'll get a derived standing bonus with ORE. Eventually, you'll have a good enough standing to skip the lvl1 agents altogether.
Not sure when a fix is due, as it might be quicker to wait it out.
Barring that, no more insta-complete missions for you

Amin, it will not work. New player have no faction standing and he need work over months to get faction standing that high.
It's two week from time when these mining division agents were removed and nothing is fixed in this trouble situation. I'd ask in petition and on forums that these agenst we need replace not disable. As usual nothing happens, so we are at end of rope but no one hold another end of rope and we does fall to 2nd tier group of players, thanks.
Fix this bug ASAP, please

I was getting fairly sizable positive ORE standing increases working for University of Caille. Your nublers can work with them, and raise Connections, until they get enough standing to work for higher level agents out in the boonies.
FYI, Brutor was giving >>negative<< hits, so have them watch their standings if they are playing around with agents.

Connection doesnt help a bit, as it is only applied to corps you have positive standing with.
As you can only gain faction and not corp standing doing missions for other corps(f.e. gallente ones), youd have to get your faction standing all way up to the needs of lvl 2 agents, without! using connections.

How can you call it a bug? Are the roid belts in OR also bugged because they dont have enough high end minerals?

Had the same problem with Khanid Innvoation, no level 1 agents at all, just a single -1 base quality level 2, and when I started, I had negative Khanid Empire faction to boot.
Worked for the Caldari, just not even trying to think of Khanid at all, but every few IM's checked my standings. Once I hauled myself up high enough, I went to work for Khanid Royal Navy, and even then, it took forever and a day, but I finally got in.
ORE's going to be harder, having only one in-house corp, but there's really no easy way to get in, and I'm not so certain there's supposed to be.
Just work for ORE's allies and don't even think about ORE for a few weeks/months is all I can advise. Check your standings after a long period of time, and anticipate the amount of time left from the progress you've made.

This situation killing our corp team play. We have all experienced players in 0.0 there is far safer than in Empire space. So our new players can't be trained or even use agents. From my point of view it's a bug. We didn't remove agents so when Papa Smurf did what he did he should rething how deep impact that will have to players. So agents need to be replaced by agents from diferent divisons. Actually game is broke in this part.
