if u have installed safari 3.1 on your PC until today apple can sue you because u break the EULA agreement this License allows you to install and use one copy of the Apple Software on a single Apple-labeled computer at a time

Frankly Apple can sue anyone they want. Chances of them winning are pretty minimal on the basis of a EULA though. I've never even heard of a case against an Eula violation being sucessful actually.

Apple has a LOOONG history of suing people to get their way. They often do get their way as people cave in to their demands quickly when the word "lawsuit" is thrown at them by a major company. However, Apple's actual success in court has been pretty pathetic. Surprisingly this trend of theirs is rarely discussed even when it pertains to major security flaws in their systems.
