Of the president, as he could not make it to this very important meeting.
Citizens on EvE. It has come to me as a growing concern of this... Jihad swarm. Do not fear as our forces are amassing as I speak to launch a counter attack. I wish all those of military services to please join in this war against they terrorists. We will now allow such an attack on our soil! We shall crush these people who try to oppress those who work hard on a daily basis. They seek to harm that of which is good and pure! Well NO MORE! Under one rule and one flag shall we destroy all those who oppress the hard working citizens of EvE. To this day forward, we shall fight back and show these... Heathens that we are not one to be pushed around!
The President sends his regards with some comforting words.

I am in fact not related to Goon swarm, goon fleet, or Jihadswarm! I oppose them. To do something because they simply "can" can not and should not be tolerated!
I ask all those able fighters please join the corp. I do not wish to have to go to lengths of a drafting. I wish those to fight for what is right. For their own freedom from these terrorists! I do not condone acts of terror to be in security space.
As for a response from a fellow citizen of EvE, the President wishes to remain behind closed doors until action is taken against those that wish to destroy the lively hoods of decent people!
