I've been mining Kern in a system for a few weeks now. Everything as usual. Wait about 24hrs and they respawn, but now anymore. Kern has not respawned in this station for almost a week. 
Anyone know if this is a bug or part of a new covert roid system?

Kern doesn't typically spawn in stations.

LOL yeah typo. System not station.
Well...then maybe the 24hrs was a glitch. Guess I'll see what happens this weekend.

If I remember correctly roids respawn at downtime on Mondays and Fridays.

They may have changed spawn rates a bit over the last two years or so but I think the common ore, the type that will spawn in any sec level in any region, spawns every day. Everything else spawns once or twice a week IIRC.

Could be a glitch, could be you mined the roids in an unfinished mission area. Mission areas fully respawn every DT. Regular asteroid belts get their higher value ore restocked only twice a week during DT. |
