Back up the server. And then give everyone 100% max skills. Change the noob ship from an Ibis to a fully equipped BS of that players' race with the best tech 2 equipment (so when you die and dock, you get a BS). And delete everyones' other ships. And turn off concord and sentries for that day. And make clones automatic. After the event, restore the server of course.
 It'll be SO MUCH FUN lmao! A party Plus a server stress test

That or warp everyone to the Polaris system where we first destroy the stations and kill every member there defending it then play king of the hill with the last remaining player alive in system get 1B.
Of course with a warp to function system wide.

Personally I'd like to see some sort of a joint effort of player alliances chronicling their histories, something like an extended version of my Fountain History where people from both/all sides of conflicts give an input, background information etc.
I'm pretty sure the amount of storyline within those alliances (and other player entities, not excluding the Amarr/Minmatar and Gallente/Caldari rp for example) is a serious contender against the CCP guided storyline.
