Ive had problems with my API just not updating in EFT and EvEmon. When I replaced the API with a new one, it just gives me a blank character.
My forum-fu is weak, I couldn't find anything about it on other forums.
Any help?

My EveMon seems to be working fine with the Full-Access API, but EFT is having fits about some sort of parsing error. Been hunting the forums for an hour and this is the closest post I've found to the issue. I was told in-game just before DT that there was a post somewhere in these forums for it and something about exporting the skill data from EveMon to EFT or some such thing. Could someone direct me to this post please so I can keep my ship data up-to-date?

Mmm I'm a bit iffy about using a full key.
I went through the API logs and I see constant blocks of 'Authentication Failure'
Any help?

When was the last time you updated either program? I know that EFT very recently updated to 2.5.2 to deal with API output parsing errors. As for EVEMon (current version 1.2.5.1170), I can't really help there as it's been working fine for me throughout.

Just after 1.1 for EFT, Its 2.5. I'll update them both and see what happens.

I have EveMon and a Facebook App getting my limited API. When I generate a code, I can put it in either app and it will work. When I take that code and put it into another program, I get auth errors and one of the apps stops working.
The issue is at CCP's end. I managed to get b0th the app adn EveMon access over the weekend to my home pc, but now here at work my EveMon is screwed.
Yes I updated the codes, yes I double checked ( 5 times ! ). It is something wrong with the API and CCP have messed with it in the boost patch. Before then, everything worked fine.
Its like you can only access it once, from one location, with one app, else the server refuses.
Please visit your user settings to re-enable images.

Wait, wait.. did you make a new key for each app?
You have _one_ API key which is global. You take that same key and put it in all your apps and they'll happily go off and do their thing with the server.

No I'm not.
I make a key, add it to the first app, it goes off fine. I add the key to the second app. One of the two apps doesn't work.
I regenerated keys, tried again. Still no successs. Tried the order in which I set them up, how long I waited. The API only likes to support one application, and stops the other from getting any information. I checked codes, made sure there was no spaces on the ends etc. Both apps have worked at one time or another, but not at the same time.
