Just wondering if anyone would mind posting their Hyperion PvP setups. I'm finally getting enough skills to fly one well and would like to know what the popular setups are for PvP, solo or small gang.

I run mine
8x Ion IIs
MWD II, Heavy Injector II, scram, web, untility (sensor booster, web, ECCM, etc.)
LAR II, 2x EANM II, DC II, 1600mm plate, Magstab II
4x Ogre IIs or Heavy ECM drones (damage is kind of poor with the ECM drones tho, good for gangs)
2x Trimarks, 1x Aux Nano
Has 20k armor hp, and great rep amount for a single rep tank. Also has 900 or so DPS with the ogres. Not the 1000-1100dps than a typical non-max skilled Mega has though.

If u are going to use one rep u better have more than one magstab.
Plates on teh hype dnt really work to well better to get a second repper.
U can dual rep with neutrons but u will need either a t2 rcu and a pg implant or two pg rigs.
For cap two meduim cap boosters are better than one heavy but at the cost of a slot.
As for guns, Ions are generally used.

Two medium cap injectors aren't really enough to keep the guns/dual reppers running imo .. better to go with one heavy one med especially considering the number of people fitting heavy neuts nowadays into utility highslots to deal with nanoships.
my setup :
8*Ion Blaster Cannon IIs
MWD, Hvy Cap Injector, Med Cap Injector, 20km scram, web
2*LAR II, DCU, 2*EANM II, MFS II
1*pg rig, 2*aux nano pumps
3*berserker IIs, 2*valk IIs
Needs a turret cpu implant and best named stuff in places to fit for CPU.
I lost my last one of these because i got capped out (even with the one med one hvy overloaded cap injectors). Personally id take a plated/neutron mega over a hype for most pvp situations.

I have a Megathron which I love, but always liked the Hyperion and wanted to try and make it work. I'm afraid the costs may just not be worth the effort. If I get 3 Rigs II and add that to the higher cost of the Hyperion over the Megathron it probably isn't really worth it. Any other thoughts ?
