Hi, I am fairley new to the game and I was just wondering, what happens if u try to jump a Capital Ship like a Carrier or Dread or even a Rorqual into High Sec, Does it just not allow it or does Concord destroy it?

It doesn't let you jump it in.
Though there are some that were built there before it was disallowed that are still there.

you cant open a cyno in highsec, so the carrier doesnt have a beacon to jump to |

one of the more famous dreads still in high-sec, if it isn't the only one, is Chribba's Veldnaught. this mighty golden behemoth can be found in the Amarr system chewing all up all that lovely veldspar and depositing it into this particular Revelation's hugely expanded cargo hold. If chribba isn't mining at the time, he might undock it from Emperor station if you ask very nicely

Dangling a few chunks of Veldspar in front of the station he's docked at is a good way to get Chribba's attention.
