As per title, I need two 'Bailey' plates. Send me an EVEmail with a reasonable offer if you happen to have 'em and could sell. Can also buy one module at a time, so offer even if you only have one. I can't pay ridiculous prices, so be forewarned

Still no luck... c'mon, there has to be someone who has done the Amarr COSMOS mission that gives this, and call sell. I guess I should note that even just the BPC is acceptable, doesn't have to be built.

Hey,
The problem you're up against is that these plates are one of the toughest single cosmos mods to build (that's me speaking with knowledge of the Caldari/Amarr versions).
For 1 unit alone you need 8 of the really really rare cosmos parts which are only available in the Labyrinth and which requires hours of archaeology
Aside from that you need Takmahl Tech to Lvl.5 to build it.
The last time I was tempted out of bed to provide a well known character with one of these (along with a 800mm 'Barbican') it involved a lot of isk.
So I guess the question is do you 'really' need one?
And are you prepared to pay through the nose?
Probably the only way you will tempt anyone (including myself) into building one.

Well, I'd need to know the actual price before making that assesment. And saying "if you need to ask, you can't afford it" is the stupidest thing ever, so just... don't

Let's just be clear about this.
I replied to give you some information on why you might be finding it tricky to get hold of these mods.
And I can say what I want on the topic beacause I was heavily involved in that area of the game when it was still viable.
Now I also didn't say what you suggested in your reply.
Maybe you misunderstood, but what I was suggesting was that the emphasis would be on you to provide an offer that would tempt someone into providing you with what you need.

I appreciate your comments and meant no disrespect, the "and don't say..." part was more of a general comment than directed at you, because too many people use that silly line. Sorry for the confusion :)
And I understand it's a difficult mod to come by. But what I find odd is that I can also just buy the BPC, and people have contacted me telling me they have and could sell it. But when I reply to them, I never hear back from them. Go figure :( Why contact in the first place if you're not really going to sell anyway.

Yeah you're starting to get to the heart of the issue now.
The BPC is the 'easy' part to get - hell I have enough to use as them as toilet roll 
(The problem is you will really struggle to get the parts you need)
The train of thought for the majority of people is to hang onto things that are pretty worthless at the moment - in the hope that CCP will get round to 'fixing' it in the future.
The minority do see it's something they can cash in on now even if that's to a lesser extent - and hence you see the odd forum sale of bpc's.
May I ask what your plans are for the plates?
I'm not after specifics, but if the choice is between to get a regular BS to fit or for your uber rare faction ship that won't ever be put at risk then you can see the difference.
In the first instance give up and in the second keep pluggin away.
