Someone else can answer your question, I'm going to bask in smugness for a while. Someone as loud and opinionated as you should know more of where EVE has been, before offering ideas on where it should go.

At one point they were to be how you'd get some ice materials. Instead we got belts.
Though it would have been hilarious to watch a bunch of Mackinaws chasing down a comet to mine it.
Oh, and obligatory WDA. (and yes I'm late again)

Heh, thanks. I'd heard the term thrown around occasionally, but as far as I knew they were never actually implemented.

wow, that's awesome... even if just for teh pwetty graphix... i wish they would add more stuff like that.
