Hello fellow EvE players,
since there has been a lot of talk lately concerning blobs cyno jammers and titans I had these 2 nifty ideas! 
First let me introduce you the heavy bomber:
(example given for gallente)
The basic idea is to have a ship which is 1. more useful against blobs and 2. more useful against cap ships.
So what can the heavy bomber do?
It¦s slow and has no guns but behold it tanks like hell and can deploy 2 bombs while being almost invulnerable to its own bomb effects. 
Name Hephaistos
Hull: Myrmidon
tec level 2
bc skillbonus: 7.5% armor boost amount and 17.5% armor and shield thermic resistance per level
heavy bomber skillbonus: 10% to bomb and focused bomb thermic damage and 12.5% reduced reactivation
delay for bomb launchers
99% reduction in cpu usage per bomb launcher, can fit 2 bomb launchers
high: 4 no gun or launcher slots
med: 4
low: 7
grid and cpu need some thinking
shield: 4000
recharge time: 1400 sec
resistances: 0/60/80/95
armor: 4500
resistances: 60/10/80/95.9375
hull: 4000
max. velocity: 130m/s
drone bay: 75m3
drone Bandswidth: 50
cargo capacity: 800m3
mass 14250000 kg
capacitor: 2950
recharge rate: 625 sec
max. targeting range: 45km
scan resolution: 120
max locked targets: 7
magnetometric strength: 26
basicly it can deploy 3 bombs at once if u take the bonuses into account.
Since this would leave such a ship rather limited let me introduce a new bomb type:
The Focused Bomb:
Example Focused Scorch Bomb
Armor hp: 500
armor thermic resistance 99.5
thermal damage: 12800
explosion radius: 1000m
explosion velocity: 100m
flight time: 30 secs
velocity: 500m/s
The focused bomb has no AoE instead focusses its destructive energy on a single target!
Numbers need of course some tweaking perhaps.
Plz feel free to discuss flame etc.

a very nice scenario, a heavy bomber sits at a gate, cloaked until something comes through, kills everything that comes through, sounds like fun :-/, think again, please
p.s. you cuuld name the ship Achilleus since he was the king of Myrmidons (rather than Haphaisots)

A secondary benefit would be that the ship can be made easily doomsday proof against its own racial dd and fairly well tanked against other race¦s dd.
Focused bombs would provide a good chance of attack not only against titans but against any capships and possibly cyno jammers. (in this scenario you would need some paiters though)
