We are looking to recruit people from all time zones to grow our numbers. We have groups of people who have fun in all aspects of the EVE Universe. Of course Piracy is prohibited. We have many long serving players who can help you with tips, advice and support. All that is asked in return is that you participate in corp life. Members are encouraged to be part of all corp events, chat and support one another. Some Corp FAQs GÇó What kind of players are you looking for? - Miners, Manufacturers, PvPers, Explorers, Traders & Mission Runners. GÇó What kind of players are you not looking for? - Pirates, scammers, or the sort of player who is just on the lookout for freebies. GÇó How long has B.G been in existence? - B.G has been active for 5 years now. Some of our players have been playing for much longer than that. GÇó How many members does B.G have? - We currently have 305 members. We are a mix of casual and committed gamers. GÇó Do you have access to 0.0 security space? - Not at the moment but plan on active pvp campaigns. GÇó How much experience do I need to join the corp? Do You accept trial accounts? - We accept people with a minimum of 1.6 million skill points and 30 days of play time. GÇó How old are your members? Is age a barrier? - Our corp has a higher percentage of older players. Age is not a barrier to recruitment. We all know that Age and Wisdom don't always go hand in hand. All we ask is that you be considerate and resolve disputes with discussion. GÇó How much Eve time do I have to put in? - Since we're a corp whose members have Real Life families, we do not require that you put in x hours every week. But if you intend to be absent for a long time, please let the corp know. GÇó What countries and timezones make up the corp? - Our members mostly hail from Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and India, but all are welcome. GÇó How do you keep in touch? - Inside the game we keep in touch through corp and alliance chat. Vent and TS3 are used but there is no requirement for you to converse. We understand that many of you and many of our current members have families and usually get to play when everyone is asleep. - Outside the game we have a website with forums, killboard, event management & mailing lists. GÇó Does the corp have any regulations? - Theft of ore from mining operations is prohibited. - Theft by infiltrating a corporation via an alt or second account is prohibited. - Do not use "leetspeak" in chat channels or in corporation correspondence. - Don't respond to or initiate smacktalk in chat channels or on forums - No open acts of piracy. There is plenty of PVP action protecting our lowsec areas, pvp events and on anti piracy duty. Because of that I tended to lone wolf, but when I came back to EVE a few months ago I wanted to experience corp life, but with certain requirements. I wanted a mature corp with an understanding that real life comes first. A strong ethos of respect. Big enough to allow me to experience the things I hadn't tried before, but small enough to be able to get noticed and take responsibility. I can honestly say that joining BG was the best thing I have ever done in EVE. I've got the freedom and opportunity to try out so many different things, but the support and experience to help me when I need it. A great bunch of people, and a truly exciting place to be.
