Greetings,
It gives me great pleasure to announce that Ray of Matar Assembly is now in business. Allthough many could question this channel to be the right one for this announcement, please here me out.
RAYMA has a rare if not unique policy. Allthough this corperation is recently createded, the goals are to to help the station and planetbound people within the Republic. It also wants to be helping out the Republic Fleet by working with representatives of the Navy and build navy issue vessels and offer them to the Navy, for a friendly price. How RAYMA will be helping station- and planetbound people will be discussed later in this transmission.
RAYMA is looking for capsuleers to join this cause. Many people and capsuleers call the Republic weak, and RAYMA wants to make the Republic stronger then it already is!
Besides capsuleer members, RAYMA is also looking for investors. There are currently 40,000 shares available for 1 million isk each. The entire profit of the corp will be paid as dividend at the end of each quarter and is divided as follows:
25% will remain withint the corp
25% will be reserved to aid station- and planetbound people in need within the Republic
50% will remain for the shareholders.
For those capsulleers wishing to join: there is no corp tax, so what you earn in ISK is yours completely. Also any loot from destroyed ships or structures are yours to keep. It is asked that salvage from destroyed ships is given to the corp and help out when the corp is on mining. There will be joined operations from RAYMA members while working with Republic representatives.
Requirements for the capsuleers:
no negative standing with the republic lower then -1.0;
Being willing to dedicate itself to this cause;
Being able to fly in both high security rated systems and low.

Within the 1st month of operations RAYMA has made a 40 million ISK Profit, from wich 10 million ISK is already reserved to aid the planet- and stationbound people. Perhaps former Admiral Kanth Filmir, is willing to oversee these funds get to the right people. I am sure that, now he retired, he is far better connected and able to aid the needy then myself as capsuleer.
I am looking for a non-capsuleer to oversee the funds reach the right people.
In time, when RAYMA has grown, we will be offering education and training programs for the people in need, to give them the opportunity to become self sufficient, like i have become. Rather that is as capsuleer or not, makes no difference.

It is good to see fellow capsuleers helping the planetbound, if you can help even one to break the shackles of gravity and become that which they could be, you will have done well.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to join and help, but I will be contacting you with a view to investing in those less fortunate than ourselves.

I will be looking forward to your contact.
All raised funds received throught the saleof shares will be used to buy ship, weapon and ammo bpo's. It will also be used to increase the logistic, industrial and millitairy possibilities of RAYMA. These means will be used to work with and for the Republic, but are not directed against any empire or their representatives. Should RAYMA become the target of ill willing entities, it will defend itself against it.
Should there be any questions about the integrity or goals and means of operating of RAYMA, post them here or evemail me. I will reply as soon as possible.

As a matter of curiousity, would that be the same former Admiral Kanth Filmir who is best known for backstabbing Karishal Muritor, his best friend and a Matari hero? You're dropping his name in an apparent effort to convince investors to entrust you with 40 billion isk of their money?

Karishal Muritor was a traitor and a thief. This other man has not been proven so to my knowledge. Perhaps your objection is less about the practical nature of the man mentioned (who may well have been following orders) and more about bitterness regarding your precious dead criminal idol?

Yes mr. Starforged, the very same. Former Admiral Kanth Filmir is the public face and scapegoat of the people that had given his strikeforce orders. However as he was and is the highest ranked person that is publicly known, he has to take the fall. Former Admiral Knath Filmir stated that he wants what is best for the Republic and the people living within the borders of it. Allthough retired he would still have his expertese and knowlegde about gathering information and setting up projects like housing, education, etc.
Karishal Muritor wanted what is best for the entire Minmatar population and the Republic, but his main goal was to set the enslaved Minmatar free that are within the Amarr empire. Both of them have/had the same goal, only from a different angle. I am hoping that former Admiral Kanth Filmir is willing to help or offer his assistance. Should he choose not to, RAYMA is not looking for just 1 person to oversee the profits of RAYMA go to the right people. Everyone is welcome to apply.
On the matter of entrusting RAYMA with 40 billion isk, any inquire on how the finances of RAYMA are, and how the funds are spend, will be met with full co-operation. RAYMA has nothing to hide and will publish in the quarter reports what it has done.
The sum of 40 billion isk is still based on the unlikely situation that all public available shares are being sold.
As far as I am aware, there is no other corperation that shares part of its profit with planet- and stationbound people. I have explained what RAYMA wants to do, and what results it will have will be reported at the end of each quarter.
This is a post in which RAYMA has made itself public and explains what it is going to do. I welcome any further questions and will answer them as soon as possible.

Even if he were in fact associated with your organization, why would anyone trust him with money when he's proved so clearly how little value he puts into concepts such as trust, honor, and friendship?

Whatever you think of Filmir's final deeds as admiral, Starforged, certainly even you cannot deny that he was to the bitter end unwaveringly loyal to the Republic. As such, he would certainly have good recommendations for taking care that the Republic's funds be well used -- he has certainly demonstrated that he will not let his personal feelings come in the way of duty.

Mr. Starforged, I'm a capsuleer who is trying to aid the people within the Republic to give them a opportunity to become self sufficient. This is being done by reserving part of RAYMA's profit. If people invest in RAYMA, they invest in a company that will pay out 50% of it's profit to the shareholders and 25% will go to the people withi the Republic. They are by no means giving money to whoever distributes the 25% of the profit among the population in need.
As I stated earlier, RAYMA is not capable of the distribution itself, so a non-capsuleer as middleman so to speak. Former Admiral Kanth Filmir could be a right person for the job, considering his experience and rank within the Navy. As far as I'm aware it is still the choice of a company of how it's profit is spend/used and who is entrusted with (some of) it.
However former Admiral Kanth Filmir is just a possible candidate. Should there be other station- or planetbound people who can do this task, please let them contact me. I will pay the transaction costs for contacting me for those who want to take this position. However RAYMA is not looking for a capsuleer to do this.

The Khanid Bookstore is happy to support the goal of helping the people of the Republic. Even though we are of Amarr stock, The Khanid Bookstore is firmly opposed to slavery.

RAYMA is making progress slowly. However small the results may be, each person helped will be forever gratefull for the opportunity he/she was given, and is therefore a great result.
RAYMA is pleased to welcome xXxCCxXx among it ranks. I've flown with the man before and he is supporting the cause perfectly.
RAYMA's view on slavery is as follows: we regret and refer from any forms of slavery. Should holders want to purchase shares, it is on the condition that they will show full co-operation when inspections for their workforce and the conditions they are being subjected to. Should they decline, they will not be able to purchase any shares. If they aprove, and the inspection standards are not met, they will be informed about it and how the situation should be changed before being able to purchase shares. Regular inspections will take place to make sure even the Matari and their peers outside the Republic are being treated at least human.
So mr. Bookshop, i hope that answers the questions you might have had.
