Of course there are others, but they are subject to the same mistake. The only risk of using red frog for a customer is if you forgot collateral and a director doesn't catch it in time.

in this particular case, for every contract lost the customer got his collateral. how is it unsafe? someone even got a nice bonus, having put 1b collateral on stuff worth 400m.

So in conclusion. No api verified so I don't actually beleive the kills. But even if the kills occurred, nobody really lost out except for the pilots who got blown up. But hey, if they are really making 800 mil to a bill a month doing afk work they should have enough isk to grab another freighter. And Red Frog itself is a relatively safe and secure way of moving stuff...*yay*.

Maybe I should retire from the IEEE and spend some quality time in a freighter... Ah, leisure.
