I"m looking to dump these off on someone. Got them pretty cheap, but I still need the isk so I"m willing to take a bit of a loss.
Opening bid: 1.5 billion isk
No Reserve
Bidding increment: make it reasonable (no 100 isk bids)
Buyout: make me an offer

I have an in-game bid of 1.5 billion.
FYI, lowest contract in game is set for 2.0 billion, with another at 2.35 billion isk. I will give a buyout for 1.9 billion. That's well below anything else out there. Auction will continue as normal until a buyout happens.
