General :-
I'm currently running a 1b bond, a link to which is here :- link Since that bond is going quite well I've decided to make another offer to run concurrantly with my present one.
The Business Plan :-
I'm currently running a station trading operation and dabbling in contract trading on the side. The purpose of this bond is to raise capital to allow me to engage in contract trading in a more organised and systematic way. Although I will maintain my current station trading operation at it's present level I can't foresee any significant expansion of it atm. Thus profits from the current operation will go towards financing the expansion of the contract trading side of the business. The reason i'm asking for a comparatively large sum(for me anyway) is that the margin trading skill doesnt help any in contract trading. The ENTIRE amount of invested capital will be used to acquire inventory which will then be sold in situ. I don't EVER move stuff about
The offer :-
I'm offering 50 x 100m bonds which will pay 2% interest per week for 12 weeks. No physical token of bond ownership will be offered. A list of bondholders will be posted in this thread and I will maintain a hard copy of same for bond administration.
Buyback :-
After 4 weeks 25% buyback will operate BOTH ways. i.e. Bondholders may cash in up to 25% of their holding at issue price but I may, at my discretion, pay back up to 25% of the bonds. Any buyback I institute will apply across the board to ALL bondholders
After 8 weeks 50% buyback will operate again both ways.
The risks :-
There are 3 major risks :-
1/ That this is a scam. All I can say is that it isn't. Please make up your own mind on this. I'm happy to turn over my full api key to someone I trust by repute be it a potential investor or a 3rd party suggested by a potential investor.
2/ That I stop playing Eve. If I get hit by a bus you will lose your isk. Don't invest more than you can afford to lose. There is no foreseeable reason why I would stop playing Eve.
3/ That I lose the invested capital ingame. All I can do is reiterate what I've said earlier. I DON'T move stuff about

Sounds fun - put me down for 10 bonds for a total of 1bn isk.
The first bond has been going very well; the only suggestion I would make is that you could announce dividend payments via a mailing list in future.

Ok good questions and rather remiss of me not to include the answers in the offer document.
The last date for reservations will be 6 p.m. Monday 7th April. The bond will start 48 hours after that irrespective of whether the bond has sold out or not.
I currently have the following resevations :-

Salisuka 2 bonds = 200 million
Elias Riikonen 2 bonds = 200 million
Marcus Baltar 2 bonds = 200 million

Yeh I kinda felt this was a little "Riethey" the way the expansion worked hence my disinterest. I didn't want to say anything and disrupt his sales. People should be investing based on their own research and beliefs not ours.

You losers should have left him to complete his bond (that he wasn't going to scam for sure) and pay back at least a part of what he stole in the past before acting smart.
He might decide to refute your claims and pay indeed the promised return.
However for a small fee (1B would be enough, I really hate long posts especially when I'm bending the normal course of events) I could prove to the world beyond any doubt who Roguehalo is.

I have decided to close my previous bond and all investors in it have been fully paid up. I have made an announcement about in the thread of that bond.
The result of this is that my nav is currently about 7 billion. Thus when this bond commences operating I will have 12 billion in working capital. I expect profits to be in excess of 1 billion per week and will thus be in a position to fully repay the bond(but still retain the 12b working capital) within 5 weeks

You seem like a good bloke. This price increase was minimal (I think Riethe went from 2b to 30b or something). However yeh a lot of us are a bit hesitant about this kind of thing as thus far it has backfired with Riethe and looks possible to backfire again with Ionia.
The reason I mentioned Riethe is the social engineering. You seem like you have your own unique personality as he did and i kinda feel your engineering is similar. Having said that I could probably say the same about anyone offering a second venture. I really hope I am just being over-careful, thus far none of your actions have made me believe you are illegitimate. So keep up the good work and prove my concerns invalid

That's certainly a good choice but don't think about expanding again any time soon. Even if in the end your plan works out you will have spent a considerable time/effort that will make your money you get look like a mere remuneration.
Oh and after your bond is payed back I will release the info I promised, to anyone for free.

I am now able to offer a brief report on Roguehalo's performance over the past week (as far back as the API records extend).
During these seven days, about 7000 journal & transaction entries have been accumulated by this character. Looking only at market transactions involving items of which 3 or more units were traded during this short period (the bond which funded the trading was issued 6 weeks ago), EMMA reports a profit of some 1.4 billion isk.
Roguehalo also has an extensive contract history, which anyone interested can view for themselves in-game. He's made the bulk of his profits so far from market trading rather than via contracts, as can be seen from this report, generated by EMMA, showing daily summaries of the data collected:

It doesn't include data from today, Sunday 6th April, while he's been making early payouts to investors (including me) from his previous bond. His sales total over 16 billion isk over the whole period- quite a substantial turnover.
It is my considered opinion that what I have seen from the API key provided (which has now been revoked, in the interests of security) is consistent with the claims made by Roguehalo here, in the thread he posted for his previous bond, relating to his NAV. I have advised Roguehalo to set up EMMA for himself and make regular dumps of his API data in order to make it easier to carry out future audits.

He provided payouts promptly according to his schedule.
I'm also glad that he decided to close out his initial bond before taking this one on (albeit after someone on the forums mentioned that).

Just a brief recap:
In the past successful scams were in fact well thought out IPOs that failed to develop beyond the funds raising stage.
On some accounts, dividends were payed only to serve as a legitimate basis for an alleged expansion - an opportunity to scam even more of investors money.
Things have changed and nowadays scams require some effort on the behalf of the scammer as well.
As R has learned the benefits of being a long term trusted member of the community he won't scam right away, just keep an eye for future expansions from this guy. He's aiming big that's for sure.

In the past I was very skeptical of this, but I happen to have some slightly insider info that most here do not. I am fairly certain Roguehalo actually does trade and I am 99% sure I know where. Kazuo seems to have confirmed the trading part. So at least that part is on the up and up.
I still get an odd feeling about this investment, the fact that it was expanded so quickly didn't help matters. The fact that it was a small expansion was good. I just hope I don't see this expanding in another month and then again in 2-3 more months and reaching the 30-40b range. But currently this seems to be fairly legit, I just hope it stays that way and that my gut feeling is wrong.
But to sum up, some inside information I have confirms Roguehalo is a trader and is doing pretty well for himself.

Report : Week 1
I stated previously that I was only going to report here every 4 weeks. I've changed my mind about this and am going to report weekly as I did in my previous bond.
I've had a very busy week adjusting to the new circumstances that the influx of investors isk engendered.
Turnover and profits have been excellent and well in line with expectations.

I've decided to take a break from Eve and have accordingly closed this bond.
All the bondholders' capital has been repaid along with the full 12 weeks interest payments.
Many thanks to my bondholders for their support.
I've put a long skill on train(wholesale5) and i'm going to rethink my future course in the game.
