Have your fun now, because it is about to end. When Shiva comes, CCP has said many times that the loot from a player who is killed by another player in secure space will be tagged, and if you pick it up you will be shot by concord.
So have your fun while you can 
And for you haulers--in the mean time, all you gotta do is replace those ABs with medium shield extenders and small shield boosters

lets just all declare war on those lamers in empire and shoot and take some kessies and show them that they are nothing but lamers who want to destroy the game.
If they wanted real PVP they'd go to < 0.5 cause 80% of the systems are < 0.5 so theres more then enough to shoot there.

Perhaps a better solution would be to put an age restriction on eve, say 18+ then all these 13 year olds wouldn't even be here. I don't normally comment on subjects like this but I am personally getting sick and tired of seeing this sort of juvenile attention seeking crap going on in eve.
Eve is not a first person shooter, it is also not a combat sim, it is a free form universe with many possible playstyles, but when people continually force a combat situation onto those with no inclination or aptitude for combat then it is quite simply destroying a facet of the game.
Players in empire space are not there simply for the benefit of weak pvp'ers who don't have the where with all to go and fight people who actually wish to fight back. By continually bending game mechanics to perform this ridiculous griefing you are forcing the devs to spend time finding solutions to you rather than working on the real issues that we all want to see dealt with.
On a final note, if you are angry at your parents go and get some counselling, stop bringing it ingame and spoiling other peoples enjoyment.

So, you must be a 35 year old miner with no family. I can make assumptions too.
Maybe they should put a minimum IQ test to be able to play.

I have this very strong feeling that this is how it will work.
1. Kestrel ganks an Indy
2. Indy grabs the loot and gets blown to hell
3. Gang/corp mate of the 1st indy goes in and grabs the can, and concord wont touch them. Probably will shoot anyone trying to reclaim their stuff too.
Boy, I hope that this isnt how itll work.

Yes it is a pvp game, but what you fail to grasp is pvp isn't just combat, otherwise why do you suppose the devs went to so much trouble designing and implementing the skills that drive the market economy here?
Like I said before it's not big and it's not clever to disrupt a whole facet of the game so you can sit giggling about it with your chums on teamspeak. All you are doing is discouraging other players, and forcing the devs to put in more hours just to counter your behaviour.
Actually I think Joshua had the best suggestion though one which I will put to my ceo shortly, and that is for all the corps fed up with this to declare war on these idiots. Oh and you won't see any of my ships fitted with mining lasers, so you were wrong on that count Bucko!!!

Wow the guys that lurk around ganking indies sure are tough. I had my doubts but there all over the boards shouting bring it like a fat kid craving twinkies...damn they must be teh l33t.
I totally dig what those jive cats are all about...often times i barge into a kindergarden class, **** in their juice and overturn their finger paints shouting bring it carebear n00bs! Can i join the 3rd Grade tough guy class too? Bring it!

PvP isn't risk free, moron. You've obviously never left empire space and your kestrel.
If I lose a battleship in PvP with 100% insurance, I lose...
the 30 million I payed for insurance
8 million worth of guns, not counting the 50 million for EACH GUN that looted/rare.
6 million for two Heat Sink IIs, along with 20 million for a large C5-L.
1 million for other items.
42 million for implants.
Thats almost 100 million lost with full insurance.
Plus, guys... declaring war on these corps does not work. They run away, quit the corp, and make a new one EVERY TIME.

Now who is making snap judgements? Who ever said I was one of those people? I certainly didn't and I certainly don't want risk free pvp, what you fail to grasp still is that attacking indies in 1.0 space by bending game mechanics is not pvp.
I expect you are going to moan about carebears next etc etc etc, well if you left the carebears alone and stopped inflicting your playstyle on them, they probably wouldn't make such a fuss about things, and then we would all be happy.
Didn't your mother ever tell you to play nicely with people or they won't want to play with you anymore? Combat pvp is a great part of this game, the thing is when I engage in combat pvp it's with people who also wish to fight.
What you are doing is inflicting combat pvp on people who generally are a) unprepared for it being as it's 1.0 and supposedly secure space b) unwilling and or unable to fight, ie with all their skills based in shipbuilding mining etc.
If you can't understand that not everyone wishes to engage in combat then you really need to take a reality check on what eve is actually about, and not what you think it should be about. If you and your cronies managed somehow to shut down empire space to 'carebear' traffic, where do you think you'd buy your kestrels from after that, oh and your cruise missiles, and most everything else you use for that matter?
If Eve was meant to be just for combat then they would never have implemented the construction and mining skills, and you'd buy all your ships and weapons from npc's. All I am saying to you is why grief people with your playstyle, why not go and play with people who actually want to interract with you? Is it really so hard to grasp this concept?

Heh...my biggest concern with all this high sec ganking is the inevitable knee-jerk reaction that will come from ccp. These kids that find it funny to "get away with stuff" in 1.0 space force ccp to clamp down harder and harder, making it difficult for legit corp wars to be fought in empire space...which is where many roleplayers do combat.
I grow weary of watching both allies and honored enemies getting gunned down by Concord for an ill timed missile salvo. All because a select few folks seem to take joy in finding loopholes and drawing attention to themselves.

well... another possible sollution would be to cartel the prices for ganker utilities, IE, all builders should raise their kessie prices by 1000%, along with the cruise prices...
i bet that would hurt that kids for sure
it hasnt happened yet, but i guess with the demise of large NPC stocks player builders can be a power in EVE

Declaring war on them is fruitless as they will just start a new corp and recycle there alts , make new alts with kestral and cruise missle get bountys get there buddys to kill them for the bountys. Wash rinse and repeat. I am sending a email and a petion to CCP , I suggest all adults do this also. My letter will be stating that I want these kids banned and any 1 else exploiting the game. It has ruined my day of playing this game and until I reimbursed I will feel cheated. Spank the kids and take there cap guns away from them , besides most adults dont do this trash and we are the ones with the most money , to bad some adults dont police there own kids. since thats the case CCP will have to correct the Kids
