Just FMI, and hopefully yours, I'll list the setup for mining teams I'm planning.
Try to find holes in the setups plz :P
Hulk :
2 x MLUII
3 x Modulated Strip Miner II, T2 crystals
Hulk Pilot :
-Mining V, Exhumers V.
-Higwall HX-2 (slot 10)
Mining Director Ship:
BC with command processors, 3 Mining Forman Links (or 2 if you don't care about cap)
Command ship with 3 Mining Forman Links (or 2 if you don't care about cap)
Mining Director :
-MF V
-MD V
-Warfare Link Specialist V
-Mining Foreman Mindlink (Slot 10)

This yields almost 5.4k m3 ore / cycle from one Hulk.
Cycle = 140 secs
Range on the mining lasers = 22.6k
In this setup, you can almost cover any belt at warp in point.
Are there any things I forgot?

Yes, godmode would be having a rorqual as the mining bonus ship with capital industrial 5 and deploying it in the belt for 25% extra mining bonus goodness.

Or the Orca. Yes.
Both will get rid of the hauling also, which is a PITA.
Hope the Orca will be released soon !

Your Hulk pilot is missing the Michi's Mining Augmentor implant for additional yield.
You should also search the forums for Halada's Ultimate Miners Guide....tells you how to get the absolute best out of everything. |

Halada¦s guide is what you should know by heart if you want to be a professional miner.
Also my version of a "godmode" mining gang would include at least 2 basiliks to tank up the whole gang.
