Can anyone shed some light at the following situation:
player A is an outlaw but not under Criminal Flag player A is attacked by players X,Y,Z player A fires back at player X player A is remote repped by player B (B is not an outlaw!)
now who can shoot at player B without having Criminal Flag? only player X? or X,Y,Z?

I know that if you rep someone with a GCD you get one yourself, and if you rep someone in a war you become flashy red to their wartargets, so it would be consistent for this to be the case. Of course, CCP and consistency don't always go hand in hand, but we can hope...
Edit: yes, if you aid an outlaw you are flagged to everyone, as per the rather comprehensive Knowledge Base article.

An easy way to think about it is if you remote repair someone you basically "inherit" their flags (criminal, war targets etc).

now consider the following situation: A and B are not outlaws and not shooting anyone X,Y,Z attacked A, they get Criminal Flag and started blinking red A and B are not blinking red in overviews of X,Y,Z, because they sit still.
now B started remote repping A
according to your words B should start blink red in overviews of X,Y,Z, but A still not blinking. This is weird, don't you think?
Edit: OK, thanks for link to KB, now it is clear...

I dont think B will start blinking red to X,Y,Z until A starts shooting back.
If someone(A) is aggroed to you(C)(use hostile modules on you), and someone else(B) assists (A). (B) will be blinking red to you.
Hope it makes sense. :P

Knowledgebase contains untrue information. I have just checked this:
Attacking an outlaw who is a member of a player corporation
Player A attacks Player B who has security status of -5.0 or lower = Player A gets aggression flagged to Player B's corporation.
And it did not work. I (player A) attacked outlaw (player B) who was a member of player corporation and received only personal agression. Another member of his corporation attacked me and received global aggro.
