tbh I see it as CCP are idle
If CCP got off there rears and did something about the sellers, there would be no need for the GTC system at all.
As stated in this thread, if you can't pay for a game with cash.. get a job.
Noone can buy isk if there are no sellers <--thats where CCP fail>. by offering a legal way of doing it, there helping people buy isk in a way that won't hurt the game.

How do you propose they do this? Whenever I see macro's and report them, they are gone within a few days, just they get replaced rather quickly. I personally don't think it's possible to completely stop RMT... Anyone who thinks it is is frankly, delusional.
It's not my job to propose to CCP how to do things.
I was stateing a fact.
Why people insist that players should come up with the ideas on how CCP should run there game are delusional.

Since your trying to reach all players, just why not have it in VERY BIG BOLD LETTERS on the splash screen isk buying is BAD! and *can* get you banned.

However, Personaly i have seen no proof that CCP have or will have removed any accounts other then the spam ones for isk selling//buying.. if they made a post (that players can't post in) with names, Corp, Alliance, SP total ECT ECT it might hit home a little more as well to older chars and forum *****s)

:( I was guessing, but if something like that existed... we could all look through the halls of the dead (so to speak) now that could make for some interesting reading. 
TBH, CCP have stated that they want to be more vocal with there playerbase, why not start on one of the most hated things in teh game? so come on CCP... Name and Shame them motherfrackers.

Farmers may be on 24/7 but all ccp would have to do is write soemthing to say how long per 24 hours is 1 char on, filter out how many chars are on more then a normal person could be then take a closer look at them. FFS Active directory can do this.
You want to stop farming... Tell CCP to get off there fat rears and do something about it. excuses work for so long before words become transparent.

Keyloggers and phishing gives the ISK sellers access to accounts so they an siphon off all ISK, and reprocess and/or sell all equipment owned by that account. Just because you lack imagination when it comes to creating ISK doesn't mean they do.

I already did û you just didn't understand it.
ISK buying supports keyloggers the same way buying a stolen watch supports shooting people in the face û if you want that watch for a good price, that's what they have to do to get it.
I know that not all isk sellers or any MMO "item" sellers use or support keyloggers.
I know a few people in RL that sell WOW items and gold, and yet they hate the keyloggers, while i do understand "most" sellers use keyloggers and stuff on there sites, the generalisation of You buy, you support" is false without 100% vivable stitical backing and since that does not exist you and every other "you buy, you support" player is wrong on that one statement.
Before E-bay removed it from there "allowed to sell" list, I'm sure the Ebay site was not infected with such items thus disproving what your trying to make me believe. You are grouping people based on majority.

for the record I hate isk sellers and buyers, but I still say CCP should do more against the fight of them and remove the GTC-ISK.
as i've said, How hard could it be for CCP to run through the char data to see how long a "char" is logged on for and take a look at the ones that flag up as being on-line for extended time frames, (IE More then a single person could be without serious sleep loss) and look into them in more detail.
IE do they open any chat's or talk to anyone ingame (someone at the helm)
what they move from hangers or cans (would tell if they mine 23/7)
What gates they use (would see if it's a 23/7 ratter)
that kinda thing.
