We cant let that Anksepetherizer or whatever her name is win the CSM seat!
I don't want all my ships to become pink and fluffy and only have spots for mining lasers :(
(Ok so maybe I'm exaggerating her stance on certain topics a bit, but its on record that she wants suicide ganking COMPLETELY removed as well as have highsec criminals take a permenant sec hit. Just too extreme in general for the good of the game.)

I think suicide ganking should have more of a cost associated with it then it currently does (with insurance and T1 equip for ganking, the cost is near 0 at the moment) but removed entirely? that's silly.
I (and probablly the majority) play this game for the aura realism where even in 'safe' space, there is still the possibility thought faint, of violent death. :)

I agree here to an extent. But from what I've read from her, she pretty much wants the WOW-esque "/pvp on" crap.

EDIT: Don't forget that killing just one ship (not even considering pod kills) means spending sometimes hours in 0.0 chaining many BS spawns :(

Its not like the CSM will dictate what CCP will do anyway. They will convey the "player feel" of the game to CCP on a more structured level than the forums can.
In other words; Issues for players (like the Alt key :( ) will be brought up by the CSM, CCP will then choose whether or not they will fix it :P

you know if they want to band low status players from high sec or nerf suicide gank. i say its only fair that carebears are band from low sec.... cause i dont wanna hear their cry baby remarks when they get ganked. the price you pay for playing eve. we all lose ships. i say deal with it and grow up. if the CSM wants to nerf pvp. let them. IN HIGH SEC. But keep them damn carebears in high sec. 2 way street, you kick out ruthless players from 0.8 - 1.0. then low sec is for low sec status players.

I agree with the majority here pirateing is hard enough.; Money issues and the o so fun of trying to get around to diffrent areas when the one your in becomes dead other than the occasional anti pie. I work my *** off trying to become a good pvper and its taken a long time to finally get good setups and learn what to do when. If EVE pvp becomes anything like WoW gg my friends EVE will fall. which i know no one wants. Im not saying that a pirate or 0.0 pvper should take office but niether should someone who wants to end all the fun that is EVE and the very reason i started playin in the first place

The industrialists seem to think there better then the average pirate (and i use that term loosly). Simply put, the difference between a merchant and a pirate...is a gun .
The way I see it, if you have a problem with whats happening in high sec (beit a gank, can flipping...w/e), clearly your doing something wrong. And if you think your not and can't adjust...go play WoW were you'll be embraced.
