Hi
Was just wondering what the best "Rig Fit" for the above ships were
CNR 3xCapacitor Control Circuits or 2xCC 1xSemi Conductor
GOLEM 2xCC OR 1xCC & 1xSC OR 2xSC
Cheers

There are no stacking penalties with CCC's. As such if you simply want more cap regen, go for all CCC's.
SMC's will provide a slightly smaller increase in regen, but will provide increased abilty to handle bursts of cap usage, which the CCC's do not.
Which is better depends on how you plan to fit and use your ship.

Unless you make heavy sacrifices in your fitting to fly a cap stable shield tank, it's not gonna happen either way.
Personally I use 3xCCC, although I believe SC provides almost as much in terms of cap regen with a bigger buffer.
Personally if I had to do it over again, I'd probably use some SC's in my CNR (at least for mission running, since you usually only have to boost for a short while, when ships get close and before enough of them have died, beyond that I never really boost).

This gentleman is obviously an experianced mission runner.
Permarunning a shield booster has made people go out and faction fit their ships to the tune of billions.
I use a cap injector, XL SB II, and 2 SBA II. A cap booster 800 costs about the same as 10-20 tech one cruise missiles..
If you use a cap injector, you free up your rig slots for resists. You, um, take less damage? Kinda a good thing.
You get the idea. For some reason, this has not caught on.
