Here are the Skills for this pilot. She has 15 skills at lvl 5.
Electronics, Engineering, Industry, Mining, Refining, Refining Efficiency, All basic learning skills at lvl 5 and all adv at lvl 4(except for charisma), Astrogeology, Science, Mining Barge, and Spaceship command.
She also has alot of lvl four skills to use t2 mining upgrades and mine arknor/high value rocks. I am currently training Industrial ship 5 which is about 1/3 of the way done so you can hope into a freighter pretty fast.
She will be in a noob corp by the time that the auction is done.
I will pay the transfer fee.
She comes with a full(all 5) set of +3 implants, and a few small ships, a positive wallet, and no standings. She will be near Jita before Auction ends.
Start price of 1.25B
Increase of 100M
B/O at 2
Auction ends Sunday 0100 eve time which is Saterday Night 9pm EST.
Player recieving isk will be Lesol, you can also send in-game offers to Lesol.

It is 2.25 b/c I have to buy a GTC to pay for my account this month if I pay a transfer fee.
