I know of Agony University, but getting into their classes seems to be crazy hard. So with them being the Harvard of PVP I'm curious if there's like another EVE university that's further down the chain that has open enrollment? Something like the UCLA of EVE, but not the local community college thing. I want to learn PVP from someone who knows about it and is willing to teach me. Private tutors are also welcome. I've been unable to find a good resource for this.

to be honest - any half decent corp that is into pvp can show you the basics and then you take it from there. Why not take a look at the recruitment forums and see if there are any you like?

If only in EvE there was a University, that taught players various aspects of the game, PvP included...

Our classes have been filling up rather quickly lately. Extra publicity from winning an EON award for guide writing has helped fuel the demand.
More classes will be announced as soon as instructors become available.

now seriously, EVE University, as many people will agree, is a very good place to get the ropes of this game.
our HQ is in Korsiki - School of Applyed Knowledge.

PS: we are at war, atm, so it might take a while till you got in, but no biggie
we are not 100% PvP, but we teach a few things about it, as well as every other aspect of the game.
