It's also a big one, so you're bound to have lots to ask. We aim to answer all those questions and help introduce you to one of the most exciting career paths out there, one that can offer you life experiences few other jobs ever could. If you think you might have what it takes to join TNT, then read on and find out more. TNT offers a great deal to many different people but it isn't for everyone. The entry requirements for the TNT depend on which role you choose. How old you are, your qualifications, your overall experience are all factors we consider in whether we can take you on. Predominantly we are looking for pilots with over 10m skill points and a clear weighting of skills in combat operations. We will consider pilots with less but you'll need to have a very persuasive nature to separate yourself from the rest of the crowd of applicants. Picture this: you're hungry and tired, your ship is heavily damaged from multiple engagements and your eyes ache with every minute of waiting for the mark to undock and engage. In TNT these things don't matter - you need to be able to cope with anything you're faced with. And that means being patient, keen and positive. TNT is is a team. It lives, eats, sleeps, fights as a team. This individuality stuff is a bunch of bull****. But don't worry, you don't have to be super rich the minute you join us - your training will improve your abilities and increase your ability to sustain your personal fleet. As long as you start communicating regularly in our forums and public channel and demonstrate a mature attitude you should have no worries meeting the selection standards. To help get you started, we've created a mentoring programme that will get you TNT fit. Remember, it's a gradual process, so the golden rule is don't try to achieve to much to fast. We do not expect you to know it all straight away so don't be afraid to ask questions and don't be afraid to admit you don't know the answer. When joining TNT you are required to give details of any Concord convictions you have. You are entitled to withhold details about those convictions that are expired, however, there are exceptions. The idea is to give those who have been convicted of offences a chance to live them down. This means that if a certain period of time has passed since you were convicted of Piracy for example, you can fill in your application as if the offence, conviction and sentence had never taken place. It is important though for us to have a full understanding of your background as you will be working with sensitive information. As such any past accusation of corp theft even if unproven will need to be disclosed. Be honest with us about your past. Remember, past convictions, 'spent' or 'unspent' will not necessarily debar you from entry into TNT's Forces. But also remember, any undisclosed convictions may make you liable to summary dismissal. Getting the most out of life is about getting the right balance, and that's what life in TNT provides. We'll invest time in your training, give you the space you need for your family and friends, and provide plenty of opportunities for you to learn new skills and broaden your horizons. Making the leap from a civilian life to a military one can seem daunting at first. But in TNT you'll get to meet people just like you - people who've taken the step and never looked back. You'll learn that although a role in the TNT will never be easy, it is a role which, in making the hardest demands of you, will offer you true life fulfilment. As Viqer says my friend pop onto TNT friends channel and/or log onto our Webby, most of us are of the upper age range - im 39 trying to keep to my mid- 20's but my waist line doesnt want to follow :( Look forward to seeing u in our friends channel :)

We only use capitals when employed to do so. We do not hold space nor do we mine nor do we get involved in POS ping-pong. We do own a Capital Fleet but again this is for use on contracts and not for e-peen waving. - Do want pvp with a purpose in and around empire,lo-sec and into 0.0 We are just the tools other people use to achieve a goal, We do the jobs that other people cannot, will not or are simply unable to do. - Do want a corp with good FC's Plenty of very experienced FC's and a lot of experienced pilots that fly under them meaning you are not hand holding people - Do want mature professional merc team, not l33t kidz (I'm nearly 40 ffs :P) Immature players rarely get past our interviews and even if they do they tend not to last very long. We are mostly mature players most of whom have families and rl's. - UK/Euro TZ We are predominantly EU/UK based although we do have some US presence. A recent graduate of RMS, I'm just creeping up on 2m sp and plan to train cov-ops, recon, and ultimately would like to fly black ops. Currently I'm training up the fundamentals and mission-running to stockpile ISK. I checked out your website and am interested to learn more if there's a place for green capsuleers. I really want to start doing organized PvP and am willing to follow directions and absorb knowledge. I'm in the US, pacific timezone, and generally play in the evenings from 7pm weekdays, and anytime on the weekends. I suppose what I would shamelessly plug to separate myself from other applicants is that I make pretty pictures and media for a living, so if you guys need an extra hand at flash, photoshop, or making videos, that's fun stuff for me. Thx!
