I am just returning from a year long absense from EVE and would like to hook up with a good, mature corp for having some fun. Clearly I need time to brush up on the changes from the last year, and I'll need some help digesting what skills are needed now.
What I have:
Mains for my 3 accts...
22 mil SP PvP acct - Amarr and Caldari spec.
20 mil SP Miner/Refiner/Industry
20+ mil SP Miner/Industry
What I seek:
I am looking for a mature corp that has presence in both empire and 0.0 space. I used to solo mine with my 3 accts to get $ then spend that on ships and stuff for fun, so I can be self sufficient. What would be ideal would be a corp with access to great mining areas, that would also offer PvP on a regular basis. Mining isn't very exciting, but it's not too bad. PvP is the fun part.
Voice chat is a must. I prefer Vent, but TS isn't too bad.
What I can offer:
I serious gamer, but not a super gamer. 2-3 weeknights for a couple hours a night and potential long hours during the weekend if events are scheduled (or sometimes I get motivated and mine all weekend). I can offer leadership and am also a good support pilot. I prefer small-mid size PvP activities instead of blobbing.

Thanks for all the great responces. Each of you sounds like it would be a great fit....What to do, what to do....
I'm gonna do a little more research on you guys this weekend (when I get back in town from business trip).
I am from US Eastern time zone and play evenings during the week and anytime on the weekends. I won't be ingame until this weekend, but I'll try and get back to each of you.

I would like to set up a meeting in vent with you if possible.
The Minmatar Mafia is a small but expanding corporation of experienced and mature players. We are looking for people such as yourself to add to our collection of superb PvP pilots.
We do base in Empire, but we travel wherever the action takes us. We do wardecs, merc work, anti-pirating, and 0.0 roaming. We are not an indy corp, we make all our ISK from PvP, but on our downtime you are free to do what you wish.
We run small-medium gangs and don't associate with alliance politics. We are ready to get you back up to speed and back in the action, give me a shout if you are interested.

We dont have the greatest mining in 0.0 space, no Bris or Cron but it is nice space where you have the choice to do what you want and our stations are not camped every other week. The Alliance does PVP ops and we have several PVPer's in the corp trying to form our own PVP squad. Check us out and convo Larry Niven if your interested. He is our CEO and can answer any question you have.
Spartan Fleet Systems is a small but growing corp. We have members skilled in Mission Running, Mining, Exploration and PVP. We donÆt focus on any one play style, instead we prefer to let each member do what they want. You wonÆt be a worker bee spending your play time gathering for some Queen with us. If you get on and want to run missions or rat or mine, then thatÆs what you do. We are all about having fun and enjoying your time in Eve, it should not be a second job. That being said, we do mineral gathering OPÆs for the Corp now and then. We donÆt make that mandatory but we do ask every member to contribute occasionally, be it in the form of mission running for taxes or mining during an OP for ice. We also have our own forums and kill board in addition to the alliance.
Spartan Fleet Systems is a proud member of the Sylph Alliance. We have some great 0.0 space just 6 jumps from empire. The ratting is great and the roids are even better. We have access to jump clones to make your travel back and forth from empire fast and convenient. We offer our members ships at cost. We have plans to create a manufacturing division and a PVP squad but we realized we need more help to make these projects successful. We still have leadership positions available in the Corp for those who earn them. We have a lot of experience in Eve and can offer knowledge to make what you do more successful.

I gotta say, I'm feeling the love.
Thanks again to all that replied. I will contact each and every one of you during the weekend (if you're on) and give a personal thanks and have a small chat about your corps. I've looked at all of your corps and each is great, I have no idea how I am going to make this choice, but what a great dilemma to have. :)
