Basically, I've got a limited amount of time to allocate to this. So rather than run a full auction and bump every day for two weeks at globe-spanning, time-zone calibrated intervals, I decided I'd just post a quasi-auction.
Here's how it works.
1) You throw up a bid.
2) I look at the top bid and decide whether or not to sell.
Simple-as-that.
 I won't sell to any other bidder than the leader.
I'm not going to take a buyout.
I'm not going to sell it ingame.
Bids from NPC-corp characters will be ignored, so feel free to bid the same amount if someone throws an alt bid up. If you're that paranoid, send me an ingame mail from a main to establish the alt, and I'll clear him or her for bidding.
If you don't like the rules, don't place a bid. I'll keep the print and everyone can be happy. 
On the flip side, reasonable time will be granted to secure funding or a loan if I do decide to sell to you. I don't expect you to liquidate a significant portion of your assets in order to bid on a non-binding auction. As long as you're honestly willing to trade the amount of ISK you bid for a 10mn MWD II BPO, then please -- join in.

Okay, I'll throw out my main here so it's not quite so cloak and dagger.
CCP Navigator got it in one. Basically, the print isn't going to disappear into a black hole of "Sold to ingame bid." Either I go with the top bid that's been posted here, or I keep the print.
I'll take Athena DeCroux due to previous forum history. (thanks for eve-search, Chribba)
And 12b sounds good...

Please clarify the Time-Zone, EVE-Time/GMT/EST, etc. (I presume it is EVE-Time, but want to be sure).

I'm sorry, how is this not an auction again? You have a starting bid, an increment, a hidden reserve, and an end date. This isn't a quasi-auction, it's an auction. It's not even a fancy auction, it's just a normal freaking auction.
Anyways, free bump since you're not going to bump it....or something.

EVE-time, correct.
I don't particularly consider hidden reserve fishing expeditions to be worthy of the title. Ergo, might as well be upfront about it and call it a not-auction.

You can't bid ingame. You post here and if you don't like it the next person posts more till you get a number you like. Again, how is it not an auction ?

No more- or less-so than any other hidden reserve "auction," and those aren't exactly rare. Especially if you include the "They didn't like the final bid so 'Sold to ingame buyout'" ones.
If I didn't want to sell it, then I wouldn't have posted here.
And if I'd run a hidden reserve auction there would have been a different crowd *****ing about how it was a poor example of an auction. Better I get *****ed at for calling a horse a horse than trying to pawn a mule off as one.
Irregardless, I'm going to quit going around in circles before the mods step in. Whatever 'it' is, the rules are clear.
