How about RACIAL tolls?
If you are Minmatar and you want to go into Amarr (the gateway to Amarr space) you get charged?

yes tolls would be a excelent addition to this.
Anything to pull people from the 5 main systems would be a giant step in the right direction for this game.

Not more standing crap that you MUST care about please. 
It's fine with some things but not limiting travel cause I don't want to get high standings by running missions and killing NPCs.

There should be a toll that starts at 100 isk and goes up 10% each time you use a highway gate so it doesn't punish the newbies too much.
After a while it'd get extortionately expensive to use them, driving the experienced players away from the highway systems.

So they finaly decided to make a circular highway system, Ive been waiting for that for ages, if they pick the systems that are to be in the "ring" well it should eleviate alot of trafic away from yulai and luminarie.
If this change gets done I can notch off another of the items off my wish list.
Odd thing, If I just wait things tend to change towards what I want and ask for day 1, if only it didnt take months getting there...
