Hi, I'm just hovering around the 2mill SP mark and managed to train up to BC. My corp mates recommended this fitting for a drake to run missions in.
Highs
7x Heavy Missile
Mids
2x Large Shield Extender
2x Shield Recharger
+ Mission hardener/ resistance amp
Lows
5x Shield Power Relay
Rigs
3x Core Defence Field Purgers
I know the more you have of the same thing, the less benefit you get so I'm curious how this holds up to some of the other builds I've read about. I tried checking EFit but it doesn't work on Mac.

Small Tractor Beam I [1]

Mission specific hardeners [3]

Power Diagnostic System II [1]
Ballistic Control System [1]
Shield Power Relay II [2]

Core Defence Field Purger I [3]
with advanced weapon upgrades you can drop the power diagnostic and fit another Ballistic Control System.
or you can try
Power Diagnostic System II [1]
Ballistic Control System [2]
Shield Power Relay II [1]
in the lows, should be enough tank for most things
might even be able to get away with
Power Diagnostic System II [1]
Ballistic Control System [3]
in the lows
try the missions with more tank the first time you do them, as you get to know the missions start dropping tank and adding gank

You have your mids and highs right but you're lows need some work.
Here's my L3 Mission Setup:
7x HML II
1x Y-S8 AB
2x T2 Hardener (specific)
2x LSE II
1x M51 Recharger
3x BCU II
1x SPR II
3x CDFP
Here's my L4 Mission Setup:
7x HML II
2x T2 Hardener (specific)
2x LSE II
2x Shield Recharger II
2x BCU II
2x SPR II
3x CDFP
Obviously you may not have the skills to fit everything I have listed but you should be able to get close to it with named T1 equipment. For fitting issues use Beta SPRs, they have the same attributes as T2 but with better fitting.
And lastly, don't ever run 3x LSE. It's stupid.
