On the flip side, also feel free to prove me wrong and let us play the game the way we were, the way we want to.

I dont normally reply to the forums however what jockey is not telling everyone is that when i engaged him in pvp he managed to kill me in a kestrel and pod me (well done Jockey) however the smack talk he gave afterwards was uncalled for..... so it hasnt been as one sided as jockey would have you believe ... none of his corps were in start ships most were in frigates/cruisers.

Hm, Jockey, there would be a solution for you. Leave the corp for a while. After leaving a corp you are back to one of the newbie corps and those cannot be declared war on. Then you can mine your ass off, earn some real money and join your corp again, after the enemies (in fact they are only ciminials, but psst ) lost interest to "have war with" (harass) a corp, that isnŠt active.

There are few things that need to be clarified here. First, if you are in a player run corp you have to accept the consequences of being there. Just because you are fairly new players does NOT make you a noob corp. Along with the joys of running your own corporation, you have to accept the risks. If you want to completely avoid the war scene, join an NPC corp. You can get all of your members in regardless of race with 1.0 standings with that corp, so do some agent missions.
Secondly, MF have always fought and usually in frigates. While I was in MUC we had a war with them off and on for about 6 months. During that time we learned to adapt and came to accept the loss of ships from time to time. They are not alts as the popular consensus seems to be, this is what they do full-time. If someone asked you to stop mining as your career, you'd probably blow them off and ignore them. Same with MF, they chose the merc route and are doing that for a career. You might want to find out who paid them and look at that corp to solve problems.
Third, terms of surrender are never pleasant. They will always be tough. You might have to suck up your pride and make a post or pay a large amount of money. Either way, MF is pretty honorable unless you tick them off personally. Btw, when MUC was at war with them the terms were like 150-200 mil. But as mentioned before, the lower guys on the ladder don't know details, so agree to something with Azzizza.
I'm not trying to sound condescending with this but these are common misconceptions from newer players. I hope that you can get this sorted out and stay around to enjoy the game. Hopefully you'll be able to replace losses quickly. One hint, buy a combat ship bp or two, frig or cruiser, and only fly those ships into combat. Insure them and put up min buy orders with the insurance payouts if you lose them. It keeps the losses down and helps easy the learning curve in combat.

If CCP let this continue, they are just as bad as those in my (very polite) removed post (and yes, using OOG is hurtfull and low). To stand by and watch is just as bad as comiting the act yourself.
A am very pleased with the progress made with Grim, we are both sorry about things said in local and both publicy said sorry for it.
But for this nonsense to end either the CEO come to his senses and learns to come to an agreement (and as we have seen, not happening anytime this century imo - I could be wrong) or CCP step in and stop it.
We might aswel have Concord chasing us through all of Eve, because Concord wont listen, Concord has no respect for those it destroys and Concord dont care what the long term effects are.

Here is Lan-p's counter proposal;
1, M.F withdraws the war declaration.
2, Lan-p accepts to move its HQ to a system not less than 5 (five) jumps away - via shortest possible routes.
3, ALL hostilities on both sides cease (verbal and ship-to-ship aggression).
4, Mining of any kind will not be committed by Lan-p within "litiura space - ever".
5, Previous demands by "M.F" are rendered void.
6, The time of 3 days will be GIVEN by "M.F" for Lan-p to move its remaining funds/assets to it's new location.(with item "3" {three} being still in full effect on BOTH sides.
7, I will not have to write any more lawyer posts.
Replies from both corporation CEO's required with acceptance of the above terms is required else this contract(?) is only typing practice for me . Pls post on forum as well as in game "for the viewing public".

Grim, bullying is bullying - virtual or real.
As for time playing - 1 month for me, so you are seasoned from my point of view.
And the fact you became a mindless drone acting out someelse fantasy of ruining game play for others amazes me. Not once did you have an indepenant thought - you still didnt comment on my "Put yourself im my place"
Not once have you stopped to think, what will beating up players less than a month in game do to them/the game. You took away our ships, you took away our right to leave the station, let alone leave the system to continue elsewhere.
We had no way to fight back, we dont have much of a chance to rebuild, and yet you just follow orders. If I do something that seems wrong, I tell my members to speak up and say so - If im having a bad day, I hope my members stop me taking it out on others.
you talk about being loyal, this goes past that. A true friend will stand upto you when your wrong/ out of order, a friend will tell you when your being an idiot and try to stop you.
All this is doing is giving your corp a bad name, makes you look like n00b gankers - as alot of people so far have said. Each member will get a bad reputaion for 1 person going to far.
If you were paid to do this, why - what did Lan Party Inc do to upset someone. We have not been told, did someone want us out of the Passari - because we were trying to leave Passari before this. Did we mine somewhere we were not wanted, fine - we wont go there again, there is enough places in Eve to mine. IMO all this is for Azz's fun, there were no demands at the start and no sign of an ending - then we get different answers from the CEO, then we get unreasonable demands that we cannot do, then we get told to justify the CEO's harassment to end all this.
Come on Grim, look at the facts - does this not show Im trying to solve this. I tried in game and tried out of game and still your CEO says no. Is this what you wanted to do in Eve - make others unhappy with the game, is this really want you want ?

This is a PvP game, allthough wars can be annoying, they are actually fun.
If you cannot adapt find friends who can help you, there are alot of specialised corps out there that can do that for you.
But do not bring this befoere CCP, its part of the game, and thus should not be looked down upon.
Im sure that, when you have experienxed the basics of EVE, ypu will find that this is a hostile universe, adn sometimes, you must make foes to have friends
