As much as I hate to say it, there are many nights we could have used them on the Vancouver SkyTrain to get people moving, waiting 15 minutes to get on is not fun.

I bet if it crashed, the suffocating crush of bodies would serve as a fleshy screaming airbag of sorts, protecting most of the people sardined in the cars that didn't directly impact.

People being stuffed into boxcars like livestock.
Whatever happened to owning a large plot of land, raising your family on it, travelling to town once a week for supplies, and having your nearest neighbor be 2 miles away?
Theres just too many people on this earth, people are not dying to darwinism as they should, the sickly are being cured, seatbelts are saving lives, and the sprawling mass of pungent humanity is being stuffed into train cars for another day of selling auto insurance to other wage-slaves.
The balance of nature is off-kilter.
We need a plague or a devastating war to cull this herd. |

So true. We have grown weak and fat, our foolish compassion overriding the uncompromising logic of evolution. The crippled and infirm are allowed to procreate, tainting the strength of our collective genetic make-up. Starving nations are supported by and made dependent upon foreign aid, instead of being allowed to fix themselves or die out. Worst of all, instead of interbreeding the races, most of us are still stuck in our racial cliques, banging our own kind to ensure our kids look like us, in an unending parade of cultural incest.
It is a pity so few people realize this. It is also a pity that the science of eugenics was so irretrievably marred by the first individual to attempt applying it on a grand scale. We as a race, have the potential to sculpt our genetic destiny as we see fit, but our primitive and asinine social values prevent this from happening. We don't need war or plague, or anything requiring a negative impact upon the lives of even one individual affected - things like birth rates and fertility can be gently manipulated over the course of generations to attain the same effect.
Eugenics is the answer.

Well, honestly if the **** hits the fan suddenly Europe and the USA will be looking inwards with food aid and the starving will die out.
As a counter comment to the cultural insest bit - we have done that for millions of years. There is around a Billion of each major race give or take a few 100million, how many do we need internaly to remove that insest problem?
I ask our of interest to see where the lower limit is, as the upper if by definition the total number of our species.

Yup, we've been doing it for millions of years... and look where it got us.
To cite some examples: black people are incredibly resistant to skin cancer, but suffer from sickle cell anemia. White people suffer from skin cancer more than anyone, but have a superior immune response and are more adaptable to differing climates. Europeans are prone to colon cancer; Japanese are not. Asians have a massive advantage in potential life expectancy, given the same life factors as whites, and blacks. Certain communities in Africa and Germany have developed astonishing immunity to AIDS. In Edmonton, trains only come every 15 minutes...
Also here, women freak out if you graze their hip with the back of your hand, I can only imagine how they`d handle actually being pressed against a complete stranger. Probably file *****charges against everyone in the car.

Totally unnecessary.
Organisms EVOLVE based on their environment and needs.
White people get skin cancer because they come from northern climes where there isnt as much sun, ie their organism has never developed a resistance for that environment, they never needed to.
Same with anemia, tapeworms and AIDS.
You dont have to go around the world crossbreeding everyboedy to get the benefits of evolution, all you have to do is SURVIVE in your current environment.
As far as Eugenics, you have individual eugenics and societal eugenics.
For example, two peoples go to war, to wipe each other out, 1 has a higher birthrate but generally less capable, 1 is more capable but lower birthrate.
That's societal eugenics, darwinism based on the characteristics of a people and their society.
Individual eugenics is more like if you're living in a multi-cultural society, everybody is crossbred, everybody already has 2-3 nationalities in their bloodline, half asian, half latino, half black, half white, whatever.
Which individuals survive and which thrive?
That's individual eugenics.
It is quite possible that a people who would have come out on top in societal eugenics end up dying out individually, because they are GROUP creatures who are hard-wired to be cooperative, but on an individual 1-to-1 basis cannot be successful.
Especially in a modern army where strength and numbers and manpower is no longer the deciding factor, 1 plane driven by a female can kill hundreds of battle-hardened soldiers who lug sandbags around all day.
In short, the rules of darwinism have changed.
Where once physical prowess was #1 factor, now its about "who can understand concepts better."
Where once nation went to war against nation, butchered and enslaved each other, now its "winning hearts and minds" with Amnesty International going "tut tut, you killed a civilian, 1 de-merit for you."
Before when there was a battle, hundreds of thousands of people would die in 1 day, now we have a "war", 4000 soldiers die in 5 years its like "oooh 4000 soldiers what a huge loss."
Thats why other cultures LAUGH at westerners. If they had a chance to kill 100,000 Europeans they would chop your head off with a rusty knife without blinking.
We could kill them all by pushing a button, yet we're in foreign lands giving out food to starving villagers and candy to small children.

Well this is an eye-opener, You people advocating a "Cull"... Are you under the impression that you and yours would be on some special "Safe" list? I doubt very much that you are the Cream of the Human Crop.
Handling lives as figures to be moved and manipulated and hiding behind your argument that it's for the greater good and that the ends justify the means.
You forget that you too are just a figure to someone else, someone who like yourselves would have no problem discarding you with the rest of us.
You are no more valuable than anyone else no matter how you act online.
When the cities in walls are built, why do you assume you'll be in them?

Wounder how many girls realize the potential between there legs, imagine if all females (ok this is far out but you`ll get the drift) decided to keep there legs closed (not to become single parents) and only said they would sleep with bright guys.
Go figure men need an IQ to get laid. (me notes guys actually studying harder as ofc they want sex) females are in the perfect position to determine the very future of a country by simply not getting pregnant with some random idiot and forcefully choosing a specific group or target gene.

Benco i need not explain to you the way this future is going, i mean seriously look at were we are and were we are going, geeks or nerds.. those very people of science and technology are also doctors and now in the army (cyber warfare) there the very people who have over the years shaped and built this world, if this world is to survive its going to go with intellects and intelligence, the standard model of Darwinism changed when we formed a society, this has only been progressing, look at who are the highest earns and providers, is its your average IQ joe.. no, is it the jock from high school
probably not, now look at intelligent side of humanity, bill gates and his friends, earning millions. humainty goes with intelligence science and industries or the latte.
Theres a divide now in society and humanity in hole and this problem is getting bigger and more noticeable.

Nowhere did you say that, nowhere did anyone outright say that, however, from the tone used in this and other conversations on the subject (There have been several) it is clear that several popular names on these boards certainly feel that way.
Enginering to remove errors is fine in my opinion but controling breeding is wrong, it is everyone's right to procreate. Why should someone be able to say "Sorry, your genetic makeup is too weak, you're not allowed to have children"? Obviously there are situations where a person shouldn't breed but they are to be decided on a personal level by involved parties, not by someone outside.
Also, i'm sorry if i've sounded angry or violent, I didn't mean to come across like that at all, i'm just tired (It is 1:11am here) and english is not a strength of mine. Sorry. |
