I have about 200K to spend on a new ship (I have a Navi for mining)and wondered which of these two (or other suggestions) would be best suited for mission running, NPC pirate hunting, bounty hunting, etc.
Basically more of a fighter spin (keep the Navi for secure cash if needed) and the new ship for fun fighting type stuff. Any suggestions?

Incursus with 3 125mm railguns or blasters.

Incursus. Just love that ship  . Might want to consider the tristan to it has 4 hi slots were one of them is a launcher. Before you buy a ship check this site out to make a better decision.

A Incursus can be a very nice frigate to fly in, but when you're skills are a bit lacking and I'm guessing yours aren't that great yet a tristan offers a bit more defenses.

Get a Tristan
2 blasters (whichever you can fit), 1 standard launcher with Cruise
1 mwd, 1 scrambler, 1 webby
Power diagnostics/cap relays (if needed) or
3 ods.
Imicus would be better for mining than the navitas i would think, more cargo.....

PVP:
Incursus:
High: 1 gun =) (125mm/150mm/laser/proj.gun)
Med: mwd, webifier, scrambler(named prefered)
low: Capicator recharger bonuses - (Don't mind the shield, not needed)
NPC:
Incursus:
High: 2 x 125mm, 1x 150mm
Med: mwd, webifier/mwd(if u have the powergrid), Shield booster
low: Overdrive/Shield resistance (Thermal&Kinetic)

Seconded. Incursus is a bit more specialized, being turret-only, but does quite a bit of damage and is faster. Tristan is more versatile since it can also fit a rack of missiles, I prefer it myself, but it's a matter of taste.
