can i pod them without concord showing up? not that i want to do it ... i just wanna know

Yes, you can pod corpmembers, as long as you don't splashdamage anything that isn't a corpmember.
Also note, to others, no I am not in corporation with this fellow, just wanted to take the other approach. ;)

Me and WOLFMAN where fighting for fun back when i was in M"8"S when Selene Bork also form mates got in the way of his cruises.... damn we laughed.... until we found out he had forgotten to update clone 
so in the end he lost 5days training in Missilelauncher op
Who needs a shovel when you have a nice big cannon?

Anyway...Naw, it's perfectly possible to lay waste to corpmembers. We actually considered doing so, when we once had a war declared on us, and one member took it on him to blame the entire command staff for the war. Mind you, it was Dark Cartel who declared on us to be able to legally shoot at us in the system they were hanging out in. Unfortunately, our now ex-corpmember never got around to undock, and was eventually kicked from the corp due to his cowardice.
