This evening under the influence of alcohol I decided that it would be a wise idea to change a password on one of my accounts. During this moment I thought I had done this correctly, but after i few hours I found that i could not log in, as the password keeps coming back as incorrect.
Now heres the problem, its been a few years since i started that account so, I cant for the life of me remember or even use the old email address. Any ideas how I go about getting help about this topic ??

Open a petition under the Support menu to the left. File it under whatever looks like support for your account. They could maybe tell you what email it was you registered with or if you can prove ownership of the account they will reset your password again and tell you what it is ot however else they deal with it.

Or macht poast to [email protected] or call them. Mabe they ask you few private qeustions and if they like you, tehy wil reset yuor passowrd.

Petition, as mentioned is the way to go.
I'm not sure changing any passwords at all is a good idea when drunk. Though I'd be interested to hear how you managed to "retype your password" for confirmation when wasted

hehe, thanks for all the help guys/girls, all sorted now, after the wife left me to tear my hair out after a few hours, she informs me that she could remember the old email address. So after deleting all 6k odd spam emails after the account has not been used i have managed to reset password.
Btw if anyone wants the address's for Viagra or Pics of paris hilton naked, i will forward them to you =) |
