The look of the Exequeror was one of the reasons i'm training Caldari Cruiser. The Osprey might not be a beauty either but at least its better at what i want it to do and it doesn't look like something my dog left in the yard.
After the Exequeror I vote for the Breacher. It looks like a beetle with some toothpicks glued to it. I'd be embarassed to fly it... like a Space Moped.

Speaking of the original graphics, since the premium grphics engine is unplayable on my system...
The Caldari ships in general are the worst-depicted ships in the game. Almost every one of them either have viewports 100-meters high, or are no bigger than about 300 meters (???).
I have to say the Scorpion is utterly unconvincing as a battleship. It not only looks bad, it's not even close to being the scale of its contemporaries in the other navies.
Hands down, tho, the worst has to be the Moa. Every time I look at it, I have to imagine what it would be like walking inside that ship, with people sliding from one tilted deck to the other, and engineering crews suiciding as soon as they learn they are being assigned to one. I never pilot this ship...it's just too hard to look at.

Hands down most of the Minmatar ships are the ugliest ships EVE can offer - the least ugliest of these ships are probably the Augoror and several other Gallente ships.

Personally I kinda have a thing against the way Caldari ships look especially the Caracal but I do not like to pick fights with the Caldari hehe. I have to say the ship that bothers me most being a Gallente player is the Thorax for several reasons. I do not need to state what it looks like, if you cannot tell just move along lol. |

Anything Caldari outside of their few ships with symmetry. Merlin and Caracal are ok. Moa is not.
I've heard before the right and left side of caldari ships are designed by two people. They've neve3r met.
Then I'd say the Celestis hull and the Domi hull after that.

Honestly, I don't think the Dominix looks particularly bad at all, nor the Exqueror.
The Velator is probably the ugliest Gallente ship, IMO.

The Classic Exequror is pretty horrendous, just because of that mottled green texture it has. Worst texture in the whole game, I swear. With it's Premium skin, though, I actually think it's pretty sexy. The Dominix, on the other hand, looks better with it's mahogany Classic skin than it does as the baby-blue lump it is in Premium.
Celestis is the ugliest though, in hot competition with the Moa. |

Ships that I think are ugly
Amarr - Maller, if any, looks like a morbidly obese pterodactyl.
(Yes I did have to look up how to spell that.)
Minmatar - All of them.
Gallente - Megathron, looks like one of these.
(I suppose it sort of performs the same function, cutting a hole into a metal exterior to gain access to the contents)
Caldari - Scorpian, it just looks so impractical to me, very side heavy, reminiscent of someone with a leg lopped off.

The Bestower--the Sigil is the prettiest hauler in the game, but the other Amarr industrial looks like a half-melted candle. When the Caldari equivalent to a ship looks better, you know it's got problems.
