Hi!
I need a Minmatar Toon focus on PvP.
 Female and sexy character if it's possible !! Skin is important!! :p
Security Status > -0.9
Positive Wallet
Nice attributs: Primary: Perception/Willpower & Intel, Secondary: Charisma, Memory.

Learning ( bases at V and advanced at IV )
Electronics: Between 2M & 3M Sps
Engineering: Base at IV/ V ( between 1.5 M & 2.5 M )
Drones: tech II, and drone interfacing at V
Gunnery : TŠ turret L, M, S and base at IV or V ( need lot of Sps here )
Navigation : 1.5 / 2.0 M sps
Spaceship Command : Frigs/Cruiser/BS at V , Inty, Dictor, As, Has, Cs at IV for example. Etc.
It will be nice if this toon can pilot soon a minmatar carrier.
I don't need skills for pilot other races of EvE. Only Minmatar, need to be focus.
