What do you mean exactly?
There are learning skills that will increase your attributes, which will shorten the time it takes for skills to train.

Hi, as has already been mentioned, the way to cut down on the training time of learning skills is by using attribute implants. I would like to point you to the player guide on skills and to the thread for evemon, which is an open source, third party programme. Please note though that evemon only gives you suggestions for learning skills that shorten the training time of the plan you are looking at, so in the long run you might benefit from more levels than is suggested there.

Additionally, you could look to a corporation dedicated to the newer players and specialized in learning. Our corporation offers training to the newest players of New Eden in one of the most laid-back environments. Come check us out.

I've seen you plug your corp in several threads on the EVE New Citizens Q&A. Though I don't think there's actually a rule against it, it's generally considered bad form to recruit on the New Citizens forum. If everyone starts plugging their corp instead of answering questions, this forum will be mess.

I agree in general, but if a corp is dedicated to teaching new players, they should be able to plug their corps in a limited manner. If all they post are recruitment adds, then the mods can do their thing; but if it's just, "You should check out corp X if you want to learn how to play the game," then that should be OK. Many of us have done that with Agony and EU.

Indeed, but many of us are not in Agony and EU I think there's a difference between referring someone to another corp and saying "join my corp" every post. And really I don't even mind seeing "join my corp" every once in a while, but Chomin H'ak did it in four threads in a very short timeframe. Perhaps we have a different idea with "be able to plug their corps in a limited manner".
