Puts out 611 dps, tanks bout 400ish depending on the nature of the dmg type.

As it is there is absolutely no reason not to go with fotm. You're just gimping yourself for no reason. It's not like nano'ing an HAC is taboo or cheating.

Yeah, you're halving your tank to get a magstab and three ions Chr0nosX presented a solid setup, for instance. However, tanked Ishtar setups are problematic to fit. Due to, well, lack of fittings. Competent Tier 2 BC (a Brutix has chances of doing it too if you're thick) pilots will just kill you. It happens to be true for all the non-nano (well, nano HACs you can drive off in half of them) HACs though - none of the HACs will, in a non-nano setup, really survive vs a Tier 2 BC.
