Mnemonic Enterprises (MNEE) is a member of the New Eden Research (NER) alliance dedicated to providing an alternative to the NPC station research slots.
How does it work?
NER has hundreds of laboratories that are set to be used by alliance members. Mnemonic Enterprises (MNEE) currently has one POS in Gallente high-sec space û in the Ardene solar-system, Sing Laison region.
A character inside the alliance can remotely research a blueprint from his/her corp hangar in the Ardene system on those labs, and the corp wallet will be automatically billed.
Essentially, you can use the MNEE POS labs for ME and PE research, or the alliance's other labs, just by having your corp joining the alliance. (You can make an alt corp with research alts if you prefer, either is fine by us)
Why wouldn't I just use NPC station labs instead?
By using Mnemonic Enterprises (MNEE) , and/or NER's labs you have:
- Absolutely no lab queues û we are running 4 mobile and 1 advance lab atm, and will expand with demand.
- 25% faster Research on all types
- Access to a large amount of ME and PE lab slots
- No risk of scamming, as your BPOs never leave your corp hangars
- The cheapest player-maintained labs in the galaxy û we believe, talk to us if you believe otherwise
How much does it cost?

Prices:
ME: 9,000 ISK per hour
PE: 3,000 ISK per hour
Installation Fees: 0 ISK

In addition to the lab prices, there's a recurring fee of 3 million ISK per month per corp, to cover the alliance's maintenance fee.
Copying/invention labs currently don't work with this method, as CCP has disabled them temporarily until a bug is fixed. The slots will open up to public once the issue is fixed.
How do I sign up for your services?
1. First, you have your corp apply to join the alliance by going to Corporation -> Alliance -> Rankings and right-clicking New Eden Research, selecting the "apply to join" option. Once that's done, send 3 million ISK to Tamia Clant, which will cover your first month in the alliance. Now send an evemail to Tamia Clant stating that you want to join in.
2. Choose one of the systems with NER starbases as your base of operations and rent an office there at one of the stations. (Offices in these systems cost only 10,000 monthly)

3. Drop the BPOs in the corp office hangar and select a type of research to perform. (To research you'll need Scientific Networking level 1)
4. When selecting the installation to research from, set Range as "Current Solarsystem" and Type as "Alliance". The alliance labs will then show up on the list, select them as you would with NPC labs. Once research is done, the BPOs will appear back at your corp hangar, researched.

[Service] Mnemonic Enterprises BPO COPY Service.
We buy the BPO, you pay for Copies, specifying ME/PE requirements and/or max runs.
For example; we already have one client who we have purchased 6 Ship BPOs on behalf off. We sell max run BPCs to the client at an agreed rate, as many as we can deliver each week.
Another client asked us to research a full set of Capital BPOs to ME40 and PE5. This took a month, but JF KENNY is happy as you can see below.

Using our POS in Ardene we can carryout the ME/PE research for you at the foloowing rates;
ME 9,000 per hour for the lab and 11,000 per hour if you require one of our researchers.

Note: have been approached on a number of occations for a billion or two collateral - please don't take offence if we ask what is in it for us? Tying up that amount of capital for a month or two should be worth something - would you?
