Hashur Kalik	Posted - 2008.04.16 16:37:00 - [3] The newest "update" to cedega that was bundled with the patch screws up texture renders. Just use wine until this is fixed (you may even get better performance with wine).

I think in the linux client we should be able to manipulate more of the client anyway. Why not let us remove textures and the backgrounds and place our own. Make Linux EVE more exciting to play since we dont have client premium. Allow more player content to be entered into the client.

Trying the wine option, want to see if my beast can best cedega performance. I believe it should. I'm having the exact same problem with Hardy and the Gutsuy (64 bit, but I believe it happens on 32 as well) Change is all around us.
