If you ever had the need/want to siege some POS'es, this is the char for you.
17m SP all specialized in caldari, Can fly a phoenix right now with excellent skills. Only 2 hours left on Tactical weapon reconfiguration 4.
Can also fly a rorqual providing you buy the skillbook, an excellent choise for anyone that is doing logistics work!
Buy this char and skip the horrendous grind towards a dreadnaught, you can be in one today. Can also be an excellent ratter in a raven for those off hours!
Comes with a full set of +3s and some other random assets. Has a positive security status and a positive wallet ballance.

The title of the post say's Dread/Rorq pilot, then in the actual auction you mention that can fly the rorq if you buy the skillbook, therefore he is not a rorq pilot, don't mislead people, also being able to sit in behing the wheel is one thing flying is another, do you know the main skills of a rorqual pilot? things like compression skills, capital tractor beam skills, skills to allow you to operate the all essential vat bay. FAR FROM RORQ PILOT and lets not even talk about how terrible the rest of the categories of skills are, siege some POS's you say? more like lose 2 billion isk for a fitted dread when you get smashed because you dont have adequate skills. Starting bid 2B and B/O 3B but thats just my opinion.

Cute. I never said anything about the ability to use certain rorqual modules. 95% of all rorquals are used logistically and never even fit an industrial core anyways.
